What's Fixagig all about?

When an act registers with Fixagig, they will get their own web page where they can upload their logo, Biography, Song list,
YouTube Video, 1 mp3 demo, 10 Photos, a link to their website and organize their availablilty calendar.
Since this is not an agency there is no commission taken per gig and no interference with any of the booking process.
Think of how much time and money you
can save, not having to go out handing out demos or ringing around and hoping a venue will give you a chance. It can open up your venue list
to places you never considered approaching.
Each act can change the contents of their page at any time by logging in to their admin section and filling out simple forms. They will also be able to use their availibilty calendar to keep track of upcoming gigs whether booked via Fixagig or not and have their gigs listed on the main gig list page.
Venues
Each venue that registers for FREE with Fixagig will have full access to the fixagig online booking process.
How does it work?
If using the fixagig booking process, the venue can choose the act they want and send an offer. The act will receive an email with the booking offer, which they can accept or reject. If accepted, the full contact details and confirmation of booking details will be emailed to both parties. Should the act reject the venues offer, an email will be sent back notifying the venue. The venue can offer a booking to more than one act per night on a "first respond, first served basis". All accepted gigs will be advertised automatically on the Gig Listings page.
Each venue will have it's own admin area with all the features they will need to keep track of their bookings and any changes or updates. Fixagig can be a useful tool for venues when an act has cancelled at short notice. The venue can log in and find an available act quickly and easily to cover for that night.
