Biography

Hi, we are The Deadlight, a five-piece rock band from Scarborough. Formed by brothers Jon and Rich Hargreaves and friend Neil Jackson from a previous band together, with the addition of multi-instrumentalist Tim Hudson on bass and acoustic singer/songwriter Matt Dunn on vocals. Combining our different influences from an eclectic range of music we feel we are creating something a little different, yet still commercial, to the bands we hear on the radio. Having quickly built up a fan-base and having had some of our songs played on the BBC’s Raw Talent show, as well as an in-studio live performance, our creative output continues to advance at a rapid rate. At the moment we have no manager or contract to any label and are looking for help to get our music out there and heard, both in live performances and the recorded medium.
